Just to remind you, as soon as it's 7, get on the pitch and get ready to go:
7:00-7:15: small square possession game, up to 5 v 5 players, all abilities together, 10 passes = 1 goal!
7:15-7:20: split into training groups and do a dynamic warm-up and names & pronouns while you stretch
CARE4CALAIS VOLUNTEERS
Care4Calais is looking for volunteers to help coach/referee/support a weekly football session with refugees in East London. Every week on Saturday mornings in Old Street we hold fitness classes and football games for refugees who are staying in local hotels. We are looking for people to volunteer their time to help run these sessions. If you are interested please drop Hannah a message on 07401198512. Thanks!

Magnificent afternoon for the All Stars Experienced 7s with two wins from two games including a major upset beating 100% table toppers Clapham Wasps 2-1 thanks to goals from Paula & Beth, dogged defending from everyone & inspired keeping from Saba. So many superlatives in both games with captain Beth’s choice for Player of the Day Hannah. This award was sponsored by Sweet Plantain Chips, the breakfast of Champions!
