A wonderful Wednesdays with even more wonderful players of the week:
TUESDAY 7s
Captain River's potm was bday goal Flo and our fan's potm was River! We started strong and had a wonderfully worked goal in the first half (throw in, Farida, Flo, Farida - goal). They beat us comfortably with their fantastic passing in the second half. Final score 4-1 loss
ADVANCED SUNDAY 5s
Our first game was a nail-biter, going down to the wire, but sadly, we lost 3-2. However, the second game smiled upon us, and we triumphed 2-0, thanks to fantastic goals from Nadia and Danielle! The whole team put on a dazzling performance, making it tough to pick a star player. But I've got to hand it to Niamh – she was everywhere, excelling in both goalkeeping and outfield positions. She's our MVP!

All Stars sweated out their MOZF hangovers in true GDFC style - with some beautiful passing, stunning team work & great vibes. 6 tasty points. Billie was Captain Kim's player of the week for her fantastic work rate, lovely passing & superb goals.
