We need sign ups for our friendly next Saturday - it should be a great game so get signing up! You could be as happy as these goals were at brunch after Saturday football this week:
TRAINING
Training will be off over Christmas for 2 weeks between the 19th Dec and 4th Jan. To celebrate our last session of 2021 we will be having our an all-ability winter tournament on December 15th. It would be great to get as many of you down as possible so save the date!
KIT COLLECTION - LAST CALL
If you have not collected your kit please do so by this Wednesday training. If you are out injured or otherwise out long term, but plan to come back, please let Laura HH know so she can keep it aside for you. For everyone else, please come and collect or you will have to reorder your kit at another time if you plan to renew your membership next block.

BBC ASIAN NETWORK PIECE
The BBC Asian Network want to do a programme featuring interviews from some of our Asian members. They'll be coming down to training (probably this week) to get some interviews. If you'd like to be interviewed, please let Gaia know!
GAY TIMES DOCUMENTARY
GAY TIMES & Channel 4 have been in touch as they want to do a documentary focusing on exploring the story of trans people and their sporting community. This is a paid opportunity, with a portion of the money going to the individuals that feature and a portion going towards the club's trans-inclusive initiatives. If anyone would be interested in being involved please let Gaia know.

Watch “Britney” Pilot on BBC One
Social Sec Ellen and two-time-gdfc-player-of-the-week Charly Clive have a pilot coming out on BBC One on Tuesday 30th November!! It’s the first part (hopefully) of the real life tale of Charly being diagnosed with a brain tumour.
They have written and star and they’d be unbelievably happy if you watched it and laughed a lot (it’s a comedy you’re not being insensitive). They’d be especially grateful if you watched it on iPlayer rather than terrestrial TV, for fun ratings reasons and then never stopped tweeting or grammin’ or TikTokking about it or whatever it is you legends do. But if you have no interest in watching it that’s FINE your socials might just cost more in future or you might be banned from the Percy or something xxxxx this isn’t a threat xxxxx
