11s IS BACK
Update from River: Big news! The 11s sign ups are available NOW in the store. If you’re keen to play next season please sign up and pay for the bracket that you can afford. Players who signed up for both Experienced and Very Experienced 11s last season are encouraged to sign up to this one. For those who don’t have experience in 11s, the level of competition and physicality is higher than training or the other leagues we enter, but as a team we are still all about playing for the love of the game. This isn’t to discourage anyone! If you’re keen to take part but aren’t sure that it’s for you, come to one of the upcoming all abilities 11s trainings or derbies to check it out first.
The first match of the season takes place next Saturday the 3rd of September in Tooting with an 11 AM arrival time for players. The post will be going up later this evening. Since the sign ups for this season have only been available for a short time the event will be open to all players who signed up for either 11s league last season. This is just for the first week though, so if you want to secure a spot sign up for this season’s league! Matches are biweekly, and events will be going up on TeamApp the Monday before a match at 7:30 PM, so set your alarm if you want the best chance of making it in the squad.

This was a real treat - beaut footie, beaut vibes & beaut pink bibs (thanks Isy). Players of the week were Sam & Miranda - both were true assets to their team and made life hard for their opponents. Miranda was up and down the wing & Sam had the silky skills up top.
