Just to remind you, as soon as it's 7, get on the pitch and get ready to go:
7:00-7:15: small square possession game, up to 5 v 5 players, all abilities together, 10 passes = 1 goal!
7:15-7:20: split into training groups and do a dynamic warm-up and names & pronouns while you stretch
JOIN THE COMMITTEE: SOCIAL SECS & SOCIAL MEDIA!
We're looking for 2 new social secs to join the committee! We've also reduced the role of the social media sec we're looking for. If you have 15 mins every couple of days to manage our instagram let us know!

Paula scored a lovely goal and was awarded POTM but says she has 'to give credit to Deema who refused to give up on the ball & harassed the keeper into making a mistake. In addition the team worked so hard together that East Finchley were left resorting to long range shots that posed little danger.'
Also big thanks to Farida for stepping in last minute so that we could field a team!
