TRAINING INFO
This Wednesday we are back at Mile End grassy pitch. We're in touch with the team there to make sure we get a condition update for the pitch as early as possible. We also have Victoria Park training on Saturday, so sign up for that too :)

We’re looking for someone to join the committee as our All Ages Sec. Please apply – we’d love to have you! This is a lower commitment role and we’re also happy for people to apply to support this without joining the committee formally.

PLAYER SHOUT-OUTS
MONDAY 5s
Last Monday at Stratford was an absolute nail-biter. Judas FC got off to a quick start with an early goal, but Jess soon responded with an effortless equaliser. Whilst Judas FC scored again to go 2-1 up, the game was tight until the very end when an assist from Scarlett saw Sam tuck a lovely goal into the corner of the net with seconds to spare. Some pretty forceful tackles from the other side were met with crickets from the ref, but gdfc kept our cool and there was a particularly strong effort from the defence. Special mention to Nina for some excellent intercepts and moving the ball up the pitch, but player of the match goes to Elaine for her confidence and tenacity in defence.
TUESDAY 7s
Captain River's potm at Tuesday 7s was Anna! She was so solid in defence and timed her tackles and stepping to the strikers perfectly. Well done Anna Great!
