TUESDAY 7s
In the arena of sweat and competition, we faced off against a seasoned squad, giving it our everything. Farida, our coach, was a rock of support throughout the game. Emma, our captain, dropped some serious halftime wisdom. Kudos to Gaia for the defense wizardry and Scotty for hustling up the pitch. Unfortunately, the score wasn't on our side (0-4), but hey, we left it all out there. Good hustle team!
MONDAY 5s
The week was off to a flying start with a 12-2 win over Judesses at Monday 5s in Finsbury. Captain Tati’s POTM (and winning pastry recipient) was Ruby for scoring a whopper double hat trick and showing the rest of us how it’s done.
SUNDAY 5s AT COLOMBO
What a Sunday! Legends lost one, won one, thanks to Captain Sasha's potm Beth's fantastic goals!
SUNDAY 5s AT CHOBHAM ACADEMY
In our third fixture, we took on Baesianz FC to secure our 3rd win this season, putting us top of the tree leading into Christmas, no pun intended. The goals dug deep, they literally came at us with everything and we kept our heads and secured a 4-3 dub! Shoutout to our player of the week, Abi, with an incredible hat-trick to help us secure the win. And breath taking saves from Georgia in goal, and outfield players blocking shots to keep us in it several times throughout the game.
