SUNDAY SUPER LIGA V ADVANCED
This league is only 7s matches (rather than the old 5s and 7s weekly switch around). Unless you've requested a refund from the cancelled Haggerston season, you'll automatically be included in the squads for the coming season, which will be allocated in the next 48 hours. Mathilde will be the league manager this season.
SOCIAL MEDIA TEAM MEMBER NEEDED
Fleur and Millie are looking for a new member of the social media team (not a committee role) to increase the reach across leagues and take the pressure off busy periods. It is a relatively low commitment, around an hour or two a week, responding to messages on the Instagram account and posting stories, reels and feed posts. Ideally we would love to have someone that doesn’t play in the very advanced leagues so we cover more games and training sessions with our content. Maz was an absolute star today she came straight over and offered to help Lara. Then she was super encouraging of everyone. Well done Maz for winning ethos of the week.

Captain Lara's potm at Saturday 11s was Jo (welcome back!). She did so much, working tirelessly to help us secure a last minute draw!
TUESDAY 7S
After the shock of the late equaliser, Captain Farida praised Annabel for their constant running and pressure on the defence. What a goal as well. Ally was also running so much, SHOUT OUT xx
Absolutely amazing game, we brought everything to the table and beat CANDI 7 -0!! Big shout out to everyone! Emily was awarded POTM for impeccable passing while being all over the pitch. Big thanks to capitan Lorraine for organising us and giving us great team talks and bringing a positive energy:)

Player of the week for Legends was Maysa! She did a massive job covering in defence and threaded through some excellent passes !
MONDAY 5s
Coach Amy’s big return to captain the Monday 5 a side resulted in a 7-3 win over Poetic Playmakers. POTM was Anna Gray for some solid positioning at the back. All to play for the next week in the final match where we’re hoping to finish 2nd in the league.
