COVID is obviously back on the rise at the moment, so some leagues have asked if people would do lateral flow tests before playing, in order to minimise the risks. Also as more and more people are having to isolate at the moment, it’s increasing drop outs, so please be aware that if you’re on the waitlist for a game, you’re more likely than ever to get in, and remove yourself from the waitlist if you can’t make it anymore!

Big thanks to everyone who modelled the new kit for us at training last week!
Order Your Kit
Everyone has until Friday to order their preferred kit shirt! If you don’t place an order by then, you will not get to choose your preferred kit style and size!
The samples will be at training again for you to try on and Jess & Ana are sorting through all the pictures of members in the kit and will be uploading a helpful size guide as soon as possible.
Any additional shirts can also be bought on the app (£28) and will arrive with the bulk order (3-4 weeks from now).
The official kit launch date will be confirmed soon and we’d love you to help us out by sharing it widely when it launches so get some pics ready! Every kit sale raises money so that GDFC can continue to be financially accessible and teaches someone new about the silenced history of the 1921 ban.

Shout out and big thank you to Founder Fleur who after 6 years is stepping down from her role on the committee. Fleur has spent every day working hard to improve GDFC and since founding GDFC. Not to worry, you will still see her on the pitch enjoying the club she created as a member!
