SUBMISSION CALL OUT - The ban on women’s football
As the anniversary of the ban on women’s football fast approaches and our kit is a major celebration of that, the weekend of the 5th December we will be putting out a lot of content and stories relating to this. We would love to have some creations from you lovely lot to share!
Be it a poem, some artwork, a story or just a message! If you have anything you want to share please send us something by December 1 to lauraniqui@gmail.com - it doesn’t have to be inspired by our kit but just the ban, for more inspiration check out these posts from our mag and our ‘pitch please’ submissions! I look forward to seeing what you all create!
SHOUT-OUTS
HUGE shout out to everyone who played 11s this Saturday! It was an incredible team effort with a convincing 3-1 win, led by the iconic manager Coach Amy. Kenza was amazing in goal, our defenders were an absolute unit at the back, our midfield dug oh so deep and our attackers sealed the deal.
Shout out to our goal scorers: Farida & Sacha! And to our Players Of The Match - Moni, Anna Trench & Anna Gray!
The team also looked absolutely stunning in their kit - don't forget to share our kit link with all your nearest & dearest - the more kits we sell, the more we raise awareness about the 1921 ban whilst also raising much needed funds for GDFC.
