HEAD COACH JOB OPPORTUNITY

I'm Trenna Sharpe, Ciara Robinson recommended I reach out to you (we play together at Clapton CFC).
I'm writing to share a football coach job posting, specifically because she mentioned that you have a group of women interested in/actively working on coaching badges. The women and non-binary players development team at Clapton is looking for a head coach. We are hoping to attract an applicant pool that skews away from the traditionally male-dominated demographic in football coaching. We would be so grateful if you could share the posting with your network.

I'll add a non-club official note: we know the listed pay for this role, well, sucks. We're doing everything we can to get more funding from the club and to raise our own to amend the pay, but since we don't have cash-in-hand at this very moment, can't promise more than the listed amount for now. THE EGLSF ARE HIRING FOR TWO ROLES
From Esther: In case any Digger is looking for a career change...
EGLSF (The European Gay and Lesbian Sports Federation) is advertising for 2 roles:
Both roles are based remotely and deadline for applying is 20th March.
EGLSF are pretty bloody great and doing some v important projects and advocacy work for LGBTIQ+ inclusion in European sport. I used to work q closely with them so happy to chat with anyone who's interested in applying if that would be helpful.

WEDNESDAY TRAINING
A great session despite the weather. A reminder to only sign up if you can attend, our coaches plan their sessions in advance and late dropouts make it super difficult.
