GDFC 40+ is Back!
THURSDAY 30 SEPTEMBER | 19:45 - 21:00 | BRITANNIA LEISURE CENTRE, N1 5FT
This session is aimed at women and non-binary people who are over the average age of Goal Diggers FC’s membership (around 20-35). This will be a beginners’ training session which covers all the basics. We welcome players of all fitness levels and abilities.
Please note the change of time and location! We have moved to Britannia Leisure Centre's brand new 3G rooftop pitches. You can wear trainers, AstroTurf football boots or moulded studs on this surface. There are also toilets and changing rooms at this facility. We are also looking to restart some Saturday sessions in the near future - we'll keep you updated on these. Do you have feedback on our 40+ sessions? GDFC are holding our very own sports day on saturday 18th september!! We will be competing in such throwback events as:
The egg and spoon race
The wheelbarrow race
The three-legged race
and we’ll be hanging out afterwards. We are ideally going to be on Finsbury park running track but keep checking the event on teamapp for more info and to RSVP with a huge YES.
