COACHING CORNER
Training this Wednesday will be with Coaches Ciara and Amy - with Coach Josh there to support. We'll be working on Creating Space with Amy, and Staying Compact with Ciara. Ahead of Wednesday, try to watch a couple of sets of football highlights and work out:
• What formation the teams are playing in possession
• What formation the teams are playing out of possession
7.30 arrival as usual. Remember it's astros only on the training pitch.

Hello Ellen Robertson here I’m in a play atm called ‘Snowflake’ at the luuuuvly Kiln Theatre in Kilburn.
