GDFC 40+

After a huge success from the return of our 40+ sessions, we keep the ball rolling! The training session will be split into beginner and advanced groups, you are free to choose where you would feel most comfortable. 

The session will take place at the Arsenal Hub (56 Benwell Rd, London N7 7BY) from 2:30-4pm. We will be playing for around 90mins, please turn up at ready to play!

The session will be run by two friendly Goal Diggers coaches.

Who are Goal Diggers FC? Goal Diggers FC is a non-profit club set up in London to make football more available and accessible to all women and non-binary people regardless of previous experience or ability. Our aim is to create an environment where everyone feels welcome and encouraged. You can find out more about us here: https://www.goaldiggersfootballclub.com/. 

What should I wear? This is an indoor 3G pitch, so we would suggest wearing comfortable sports clothes. The pitch is suitable for moulded or AstroTurf football boots (if you have them), as well as trainers. You don’t need to wear football-specific clothes. Bring a bottle of water.

We are currently seeking more funding to ensure that these sessions can remain subsidised. Each session costs almost £200 to run, so if you are able to contribute more to the cost of running these sessions - please do!
